Hello cruisers!

We are so excited for our upcoming cruise with Matthew and Alex as clinicians, and can’t wait to see old friends and welcome new folks to our community! The ringing spots sold out quickly, but there is a waiting list, and there is room for non-ringers. So if you know of someone who isn’t set on ringing, but wants a great vacation with a bunch of bell folks, do encourage them to join us!

We are really enjoying working with Gary and Brittany at Travel Perks.  We hope you are having a wonderful experience working with them as well! Did you know Travel Perks is an award-winning travel agency and can help you with your travel needs now and in the future? They’ve partnered with BOC as a nonprofit organization and will donate a percentage of the cost of travel booked through them to our group. It’s a great way to help support a small business and support BOC, without it costing you any additional money!

 

Shore Excursions

Shore excursions fill up quickly! The sooner you sign up, the more likely you are to get the excursions you want. If you sign up through Travel Perks, you’ll receive a discount on the excursion. They offer a great selection and often have competitive prices compared to the cruise lines. And remember how BOC and Travel Perks have a partnership? They also donate a percentage of the shore excursion revenue booked through them to our group. This does NOT raise the cost of the excursion; Travel Perks is truly that generous!

If you decide to book through Holland America, you can take advantage of the $100 excursion credit you receive as part of your package. However, BOC doesn’t have the same partnership with them as we do with Travel Perks, but Holland America offers a different variety of excursions if Travel Perks doesn’t have what you’re looking for. To use the credit, you must go to the HAL website to log in and enter your name, booking number, and the ship (Eurodam). Holland America Login page.

 

Souvenirs

Souvenirs are available! We have a nice collection of souvenirs, both with the cruise logo and also the BOC logo. Cruise polos, hats, mugs, water bottles, blankets (for glacier watching?), and duffel bags are available for purchase. We are not allowed to sell souvenirs on the ship, so we require that you order and pay ahead of time.  We will deliver your souvenirs to you on board the ship, most likely the first day after boarding. You can find all of the information related to ordering souvenirs via the Souvenir Order Form. Prices and how to pay for your souvenirs are shown on the form.
